I have to add an additional mailbox to my account, but can't figure out how to do that on a Mac, as the options under tools doesn't exist (as it does on a PC). I was able to do this quite easily under the PC version of Outlook. So i have an exchange account already set up, i just want to be able to additionally read another mailbox. If you want to manually add another email account to Outlook, you may need to use advanced setup. See Add an email account to Outlook. You'll need your email provider's incoming server settings (POP or IMAP) and outgoing server settings (SMTP). Here's a list of those settings for several email providers. In Outlook for Mac 2011, on the Tools menu, click Accounts. In the Accounts box, click Other Email. Enter the email address and password, and click Add Account. Tip: When you've added the account, it appears in the left pane of the Accounts box, and Outlook. Open Outlook 2011 and click Outlook in the Menu bar, when the menu opens click Preferences. The Outlook Preferences window will open, click the Accounts icon in the Personal Settings section. Click the account type you will be adding, currently there are two options: Exchange Account or E-mail Account.
